Hardware warranties are useful but they have obvious limitations: they only cover components and the equipment generally has to be returned for repair. Our Hardware Maintenance Contracts ensure that neither time nor money is lost when things go wrong. If a hardware fault occurs we dispatch an engineer with the appropriate spare parts. If the fault cannot be rectified we will supply a loan unit. All repair and labour costs are covered by this support package. Contracts can be system-wide or limited to crucial items. Our standard response time to get an engineer on site is eight hours. Optional four and 16 hour responses are available. Any software installation/re-configuration required to restore operation is also covered.
