Data integrity is paramount so back-ups should be be regular and complete. Normally we recommend installing an on-site system that performs automatic nightly back-ups and we offer advice on the rotation and safe storage of back-up media. Where especially large amounts of data are involved – i.e. with video footage – a variety of high capacity hard disk storage systems is available. Secure off-site back-up strategies can also be implemented to protect against fire or theft.
