We recommend clients redefine their IT strategy from the ground up at least once a year to ensure that any new purchases genuinely enhance the system and are not made simply on a whim. The process of formalising a strategy document usually results in sensible decision-making and the definition of a viable base policy - one good example being the common decision to use Mac OS solutions where feasible. We do acknowledge, though, that compatibility with sub-clients and suppliers can often necessitate the adoption of multi-platform technologies. In such cases we strive to help achieve truly holistic integration.
